Rugby Architectural Building Products is a full-line wholesale distributor of specialty building products. Our customers produce end products for diverse interior environments including commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. Our Southwest Region is experiencing significant growth, and we are looking for a Regional Administrative Service Representative to build our administrative team!

Position Summary

We are looking for strong administrator to join our team as we continue to rapidly grow our business. The Regional Administrative Service Representative position is accountable for keeping the Southwest in compliance with regards to receiving, accounts payable reconciliation, vendor management, and various other administrative tasks.

What You Will Do (Essential Functions)

Oversee Regional Administrative functions with regards to receiving, accounts payable, etc, providing guidance to administrators and branch managers in Phoenix, Albuquerque, Eastvale, and Amarillo.
Receive guidance from Regional Manager, Corporate Controller, and Staff Accountants
Proactively stay informed of daily branch admin activities and make adjustments.
Develop processes, spreadsheets, and procedures to maximize productivity
Process purchase orders and receipts to receive material efficiently across multiple locations as well as maintain those same locations’ reconciliation of their accounts payable.
Maintain vendor communications and coordination in various projects and assignments.
Create and process daily reports, resolving vendor issues, issuing supplier returns and return merchandise authorizations, addressing questions and concerns, as well as ensuring vendors invoices and acknowledgments are complete and accurate.

Who We Are Looking For (Education & Experience)

Analytical math skills, with demonstrated experience and excellence in an administrative, bookkeeping, or accounting role
Strength in multi-tasking and handling multiple projects and assignments as needed.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence.
Excellent organization skills
Performs well under pressure and is professional
Database management/spreadsheet skills – Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate skills preferred
Experience with inventory management
Knowledgeable of Agility program preferred
