Job Description:

The Learning Accreditation & Reporting Specialist is responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of learning certification and accreditation programs, to enhance the value of Lexipol learning offerings. The individual will manage the course accreditation process, deliver detailed reports, and develop and own relationships with key personnel at each accreditation entity. The Learning Accreditation & Reporting Specialist will manage the accreditation and re-certification process for our Online Learning divisions and library of training content. Additionally, they will be responsible for all data management and data programming for each respective Online Learning division.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Govern and control processing, reviewing, and tracking of applications for accreditation
  • Manage, maintain, and update detailed standard operating processes for all accreditation entities
  • Deliver detailed reports in accordance with each accreditation entity
  • Manage the accreditation and re-certification process for our Online Learning divisions and library of training content. 1000+ course offerings
  • Communicate to the team on any related breakthroughs or challenges on credentialing and credentialing reporting issues and how to solve
  • Program and manage all accreditation and certification data into our Learning Management System
  • Develop and own relationships with Executive Leaders and key personnel at each accreditation entity
  • Submit required reports, documents, and forms pursuant to applicable regulations and in accordance with state or entity policy/procedure
  • Work to establish expanded reporting relationships to enhance the value of our offering

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop, nurture, and maintain executive level relationships with key partners
  • Ability to accurately program and manage a wide range of data
  • Government, public safety market or direct accreditation experience preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, or similar software
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of experience with reporting, or data analysis research/programming required
  • Highly organized with proven experience reporting and managing processes
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or SaaS preferred
