As part of the USCAN Deal Hub, the Strategic Pricing & Partnerships Architect(s) supports the sales execution of long-term relationships with GE Healthcare’s most strategically important customers. During the partnership pursuit process, the Architect is responsible for modeling the deal economics, and collaborating with the Commercial Enabling Functions, Region Leadership, National Account, and Value Creation Teams to design an offering that aligns the breadth of GE Healthcare products and solutions to the individual customer’s needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Region Deal Hub Architects on region-level pursuits; seeking support from the Region Deal Hub Architects on committed agreements and long-term partnerships, and providing expertise to the Region Deal Hub Architects, as needed, on complex “standard” big deal transactions.
  • Deal/Offering Economics– Develop financial model and ensure alignment across internal silos; including but not limited to, horizontal pricing analyses, compliance reviews, and share growth expectations.
  • Support the Regional & Partnership Teams on client need identification, alignment to solution elements, and overall offering structure
  • Facilitate the approval process for pricing and financials in accordance with the Delegation of Authority; Examples include– scheduling and leading group calls, moderating perspectives and approvals from internal stakeholders, and visually displaying key information, data, and analytics to enable an effective and efficient review and approval process.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical majors. Experience in Sales / Marketing in progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market and decision makers.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Medical Device, Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, Radiation Oncology or Software industry
  • Experience in oncology (radiation oncology) company will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Commercial/Sales/Strategy functions
  • Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills. Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.
  • High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.
  • Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization.
