Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides technical assistance and information concerning DWM laws and regulations to facilities and others.
- Collects scientific samples to document violations.
- Conducts entry level environmental scientific investigations of sites regulated by DWM to determine compliance with environmental laws and regulation.
- Receives formal and informal training and attends DWM activities, completes required administrative reports and maintains assigned equipment.
- Participates in enforcement activities; case preparation, attends enforcement conferences, and testifies as a witness.
- Evaluates notifications and complaints of permitted an un-permitted activities, responds to inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a natural, biological or physical science
- Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor’s degree including or supplemented by 20 semester hours in a natural, biological or physical science..
