Job Description:

The Kindness & Inclusion (K&I) Manager is generally responsible for designing, managing, and executing strategic projects and initiatives promoting diversity, equity, kindness, and inclusion across the organization. Partnering with stakeholders in varying levels of leadership, the K&I Manager is directly responsible for further integrating and championing an inclusive, equitable, kind, and diverse organizational culture.

Job Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with the Recruitment and Staffing team, evaluate hiring policies and practices to recommend and implement recruitment strategies that further the Court’s diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to create a more diverse, equitable, kind, and inclusive workplace in support of the Court’s Workplace Vision
  • Statement to commit to organizational kindness and inclusion as keystones to success.
  • Develop and measure diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics based on Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB).
  • In partnership with the Performance Management and Organizational Development teams, provides guidance to management in developing objective performance and employee performance evaluations.
  • Cultivate a culture of trust, acceptance, and psychological safety as foundations to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • In partnership with the Learning & Development and Equity teams, develop effective learning and development programs centered around reducing unconscious bias, creating inclusivity, and treating others with kindness.

Job Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of anti-discrimination, retaliation, and harassment laws
  • Project management/development
  • Experience applying the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) tool
  • Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
  • Strong Communication Skills – written, verbal, public-speaking
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Professional Diversity & Inclusion certification
  • Experience consulting with large organizations related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Proven, progressive experience and demonstrated effectiveness initiating and supporting kindness and inclusion initiatives and programs
