This position is responsible for assisting in the documentation and testing of internal controls as required by sections 302 & 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Essential Functions Performed

  • Performs tests of internal controls.
  • Maintains risk and control documentation.
  • Documents process and transaction flows.
  • Performs a variety of related tasks, as required.

Summary Of Minimum Qualifications

  • Educational and work-related experience equivalent to two years of related experience.
  • The ideal candidate will be pursuing a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in accountancy or information systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and to work well with others at all levels of the company.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Proficient writing skills.
  • Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database, and other applicable software programs.
