Job Description:
This Sr. Program Manager role will report to the SVP Cyber Security & Technology Risk with a dotted line to the VP, Technology Process & Performance. This role is a critical member of the functional leadership team and is responsible for effectively managing the business operations of the organization and driving the strategy and planning process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with the TPP team as primary coordination for technology business operations processes, process improvement strategies, and organizational metrics and analytics
- Responsible for understanding, articulating, and developing executive presentations
- Will lead and manage several of the organization’s high priority organizational and change initiatives to enhance and ensure accountability to commitments
- Represents positions to the entire leadership team, communicate with the organization, as well as external stakeholders
- Liaise with the TP&P team to provide and coordinate inputs to project portfolio management, project budgeting and forecasting, headcount management and other data/requirements for resource allocation and demand management
- Proactivley identify decisions that need to made to support strategy, ensuring decisions are made by the right cross-team leaders and monitor ongoing progress
- Actively involved with Executives on strategic planning process, communication of organizational priorities, develop and execute on said priorities as well as monitoring the success of execution
- In alignment with the TPP team, this role will champion the use of formal Enterprise Technology Project and Portfolio Management toolkits to consistently plan, track, and report on projects.
- Partner with various stakeholders and teams to define communication strategy for the organization and partner on execution
- Clarifies tactical issues before they reach the Executive
- Thought partner and trusted resource for the executive team
- Partners with Portfolio Mgmt. team on portfolio metrics and cost analysis and provide regular reports to key leadership
- Contributes to measures effectiveness, quality, and maturity
Job Requirements:
- BA/BS in business, computer science, other business/tech field or equivalent work experience
- Project/program management; change management
- Experience working effectively in matrix environment, managing numerous stakeholders
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel
- 5-7 years in IT/IS
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum one year of experience in public relations, corporate communications or related field
- Two or more years of experience in public relations, corporate communications or related field
- Experience working in television or the media industry
- Strong understanding of social media integrations; experience running successful social media campaign preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple campaigns at any given time
- BA or BS from a four year accredited college or university
