Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and direct customers
  • Prepare and reconcile reports
  • Input Data
  • Generate outgoing correspondence and prepare for mailing
  • Upload documents to an electronic repository
  • Set up new accounts
  • Review and add Power of Attorneys to accounts
  • Send email correspondence
  • Research databases
  • Coordinate unique projects and special events
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Enter wage records
  • Develop and prepare legal documents
  • Scan and assign properties to documents
  • Manage and update multiple calendars
  • Design excel files
  • Verify and deposit monies

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively within a complex work environment.
  • Experience in administrative work and customer service.
  • Skilled in the use of analytical tools and data analysis methods.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with composure.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with major course work in petroleum engineering, geological engineering, or geology.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving skills, physical mobility, mental alertness and ability to operate a four-wheel drive vehicle in all types of weather conditions to meet travel and inspection duty requirements.
