Job Responsibilities:

  • Composing general correspondence.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Interacting with internal and external customers

Job Requirements:

  • Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships; general clerical functions such as, data entry and filing; verbal and written communication; time management and multi-tasking; reading comprehension; composing correspondence and professionalism with the public.
  • Computers and software (Microsoft Office Suite); mobile devices; digital calendars (Outlook) & video conferencing (Microsoft Teams); office procedures and terminology and managing files and records.
  • Adapt to changing priorities; troubleshoot; take initiative and clearly communicate to diverse audiences.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Level one Fingerprint Clearance card
  • Valid Arizona issued driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or GED
