Job Description:
These LTE positions are located at the Milwaukee – Northeast, Milwaukee – Northwest, or Milwaukee – Southwest Customer Service Centers. The primary duties include capturing applicant photos and signatures and keeping the Customer Service Centers supplied with forms and materials to process applicants for photos and other DMV operations. Other duties include:
Job Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers to identify the reason for their visit
- Providing guidance to customers with incomplete forms
- Providing correct forms to customers
